Warranty Policy

Thanks for the purchase of our products. With the utmost sophisticated and stringent quality control system, ENXUN is fully confident about the reliability and performance of our products, to further safeguard customer satisfaction we are providing 2 year warranty for all of our products.

The product is excluded from warranty if:
~The product has been found to be defective after expiry of the warranty period.
~Warranty has been voided by the removal or alternation of product or part identification labels.
~The product has been misused, abused, or subjected to unauthorized disassembly/modification; placed in an unsuitable physical or operating environment; improperly maintained by the customer; or failure caused which ENXUN is not responsible whether by accident or other cause. Such conditions will be determined by ENXUN at its sole unfettered discretion.
~The product is damaged beyond repair due to a natural disaster such as a lighting strike, flood, earthquake, etc.

Shipping back to customer:
The forwarding company for the return of replaced or repaired goods from ENXUN to customers is selected by ENXUN Per customer requirement other express services can be adopted, such as UPS, FedEx etc., the extra costs of such alternative shipment choice will be charged to the customer. If you require any special arrangements, please indicate details when shipping the product to us.
