Supplier Code of Conduct reflects Enxun’s respect to its partners in the supply chain, requirements and social responsibility on environmental protection. Hope that all suppliers, especially long-term suppliers comply with the guidelines of this behavior code.

Supply chain social and environmental responsibility ��SER��
Within what we can do, Enxun support and pay attention to the work of international human rights protection. We promise to influence actively on the life of our front-line workers. Enxun’s determination is embodied both by its human rights strategy and SER plan on suppliers. We believe that respecting our workers, offering clean, safe environment and business ethics will help for lowering the cost and producing high-quality products. We make our promises as below:

Supplier Code of Conduct mainly includes the following three aspects��
1. Integrity and complying the law – we comply with our country's relevant laws and regulations.
2. Respecting employees and their dignity - we offer employees reasonable salary in accordance with national labor laws.
3. Protecting environment- From the perspective of protecting global and local environment, we understand our responsibilities and requirements, and take appropriate measures to protect the environment.

Supplier diversification plan
Enxun push diversification of suppliers greatly because diversified suppliers can not only provide fresh thoughts, innovative products and process, but also increase our economic strength in our running areas. Supplier diversification plan not only provides opportunity to those suppliers that have not yet cooperated with Enxun, but also helps us to know our clients better.

Enxun has been committed to the emplementation of honest business behavior and social responsibility in the supply chain. The guidelines reflect the Enxun respect of the supply chain partner companies, the requirements of environmental protection and social responsibility , and hope that all the suppliers, especially the long-term of key suppliers,to comply with the guidelines of this behavior.

Enxun has formulated selection policy as follows
When evaluating the new suppliers ,we will require them to submit “Company Overview”,”Environment-relative activities Questionnaire”.According to the selective policy ,we will assess the investigation,and choose the supplier.

Enxun pay a high degree of attention to procurement supplier " partnership " and " openness ", to make efforts to promote mutual understanding, to maintain and improve the relationship of trust , to scan widely , to provide equal trading opportunities to all suppliers. Meanwhile, in accordance with the principles of free competition and determine the best procurement suppliers . Especially facing Enxun’s major emerging countries’ markets in the future , we need strengthen open up and expand the suppliers .
